Review: Love Your Life Workbook: Over 120 exercises to design a life you love

I have been looking forward to the Love Your Life Workbook where there are 120 exercises to design a life you love. And that's what I wanted. I wanted a guide to offer me insight on things I may have missed exploring so I delved into my workbook right away.

The workbook provides practical exercises recommended by psychologists, scientists, and researchers to accelerate a journey towards happiness and success.  It starts with the best place in life to be-the Happy Place and you can draw or write your thoughts on the Happy List.

Moving on we explore our circumstances and ponder what we are always grateful for and think about those energy boosters that help us feel better. We have an opportunity to think about our top character strengths and list how we go about using them.

My favorite sections might very well be the Flexible Living and Play as both provided a list of suggestions and some items I had not thought of myself.  I moved across the pages, I drew and wrote and on some, I did a  little bit  here and there.

I explored my options and did decide to take on a few traits of those I admire.  There are a few lists that have suggestions that might be difficult to accomplish such as the Habits Lists where an option is to skip social media all month. While that doesn't work for me, it may be a necessity for some.

My most needed list is scheduling priorities and decluttering which can go hand in hand. At the top of the decluttering list are old books and magazines. However, I've listed books at the top of my Happy List- so they remain keepers. Now you see why it is needed!

There's a dating game for singles and dating ideas for couples and it ends with the exercise in love languages as after all this is to be designed for you.

In short, you get to pick and choose what you love.
