October is typically the month we escape our normal routine to do some leaf-peeping. In our travels this past month, we had the experience of watching a fleet of Pelicans. I counted 61 enjoying themselves on the lake. We were also able to frequent some of our favorite parks and preserves.
We are now past peek here but it was an enjoyable month of brilliant color.
