My Review

I admit it! I love coloring and was excited to receive a copy of this book from Kara.

Coloring is a healthy and relaxing way to decrease anxiety and stress. Coloring has the ability to relax the amygdala (the fear center of your brain). It also aids in improved focus and helps with sleep.

The illustrations are wonderful and I like that a few have inspiring quotes. I like the sailboats and one of my favorite illustrations is the jar of buttons. I also like the pages of books.
