July 2023 Reads

The month of July seemed to fly by quickly and we enjoyed it by finding joy in meaningful daily interactions connecting with others.

July is typically the time of year my husband and I do gift shopping for one another. We love antiques and thrifty decor and it is just easier to get around to antique malls and thrift stores in the summer than it is when there are icy road conditions we see here in the winter months.

So, this year we did some celebrating Christmas in July. We decorated a tree with peonies, exchanged gifts, and watched a few of our old favorite holiday movies. My gift was a print titled Hay Day by Dan Campanelli.

I read a few books this month and hope to post the reviews soon.

Boris Kester was interviewed for the Author Spotlight.

Inservice to Love followed by The Open Air Life was the most viewed book review this month.
